Income is converted to a value per millisecond. On each animation frame, the elapsed time since the start date is multiplied by this rate. For annual income, the divisor is 365.2425 × 24 × 3,600 × 1,000 ms — the duration of the mean Gregorian year.
Money Earned Since Date
How much have you earned since you started working today?
A counter that makes your income visible in real time
This calculator converts your income into a rate per millisecond and displays how much you would have accumulated since the given date and time. It is a reflection tool: watching the value grow in real time can change your perception of how much each working hour is worth — and how much each distraction costs. Set your income (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or annual), choose a start date and time, and the counter starts running.
Configure and watch
- Enter your income in the field and select the period (per hour, day, week, month or year).
- Choose a start date and time — it could be the beginning of the workday, the start of the month, or any other milestone.
- Click "Start counter" and watch the value accumulate in real time. The counter uses requestAnimationFrame for smooth animation.
